If you have forgotten your XpresFix account password, you can reset it by following these general steps.

Visit the XpresFix Login Page:

Follow the Instructions in the Email:

Create a New Password:

7. On the password reset page, enter a new password for your XpresFix account. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password.

Confirm the New Password:

8. The page will ask you to confirm the new password by entering it again.

Save Changes:

9. Once you've entered and confirmed the new password, save the changes. You should now be able to log in with your updated password.

To register as a service provider on Xpresfix, register via our mobile app or website.

1. Fill up some basic information and get your email verified
2. Set up your business profile where you describe your business and the services you provide
3. Add bank details to receive payment

Once we verify your account, you will be able to start using Xpresfix and provide quotes for customer job requests.

The approval process can take up to a few days. The time it takes for approval will depend on the completeness of your application and the volume of applications that Xpresfix receives.

Yes, Xpresfix provides training and onboarding for new service providers. The training includes how to use the platform, how to interact with customers, and best practices for providing high-quality service.

There will be a subscription fee to be paid annually. We will deduct a percentage of your earnings as a service fee for the use of our platform

Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Simply contact Xpresfix support team to cancel your subscription.

You can browse the job requests on the platform and submit proposals for the jobs that you are interested in. You can submit your proposal by providing a quote and outlining your proposed approach to completing the job.

Information to be filled in the job proposal is the name for the person in charge, NRIC, number of additional staff, staff photo, a detailed quote and a description of the work that will be completed.

Yes, extra fees can be added after it has been submitted. However, it is important to communicate with the customer and ensure that they are aware of any changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, you should notify the customer as soon as possible. Xpresfix encourages service providers to be transparent and professional when communicating with customers.

On that day of the appointment, your customer will need to click on 'Start Job' and request an OTP code from you for security purposes (the OTP code can be found on the job details page). The customer will then proceed to make payment for the service and the payment will be released to you after the customer confirms that the job is finished.

d. Receive Multiple Quotations:

4. After submitting the required information, users may receive multiple quotations from different service providers. These quotations help users compare prices, services offered, and other relevant details.

e. Choose a Service Provider:

5. Users can review the received quotations and choose the service provider that best fits their needs.
6. Factors such as price, reputation, and service offerings may influence the decision.

Currently Xpresfix accepts online banking (FPX), major credit/debit cards. Every card saved for the first time will be set as the default card for payment. Each payment is processed using a secure global third party payment gateway, Stripe.

You may go to the Orders tab, and under the ‘Ongoing’ tab, select cancel order if you wish to cancel the order. You may want to consider discussing with the provider if any modification is needed and modify the order directly instead of proceeding to cancel.

Payment is collected 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Try a different card (we accept Visa or Mastercard only), or pay using Online Banking.

You will get paid from the customer once the job has started. However, the payment will be on hold by the platform first to ensure a smooth and secure transaction. The payment will only be released to you once you have completed the job. By holding the payment on the platform, we provide a secure and reliable way to pay for services while ensuring service providers get paid for the work they have done.

Log-in in to your Xpresfix mobile app account, complete the KYC verification under ‘My Wallet’ and enter the amount that you wish to withdraw.

No minimum amount is required to withdraw payments.

Once our team has approved the withdrawal request, the payments will be transferred to your account within 5-7 working days.
